NewFans Pro does not use your content to train AI models. We do not feed your uploads, drops, fan data, or messages into model training, and we do not sell or share your content with third parties so they can train their models. When a feature helps you build a drop, it runs on your request to produce your result and is not used to train a shared model.
We do not sell your personal information. We only share your data in the following circumstances:
When you purchase from or interact with an artist, we share necessary information (name, email, purchase details) so they can fulfill your order and communicate with you.

Applies only to merchants who install the “NFC CD Dropshipping” Shopify app and the fans who buy NFC cards from those stores.
When a Shopify merchant installs our app, we receive an OAuth access token and basic shop metadata (name, owner email, plan, timezone) from Shopify. We use this strictly to read the merchant's products, fulfill their NFC orders, and bill wholesale per-card pricing through Shopify Billing. We do not sell or share shop data.

We comply with all three Shopify-mandated GDPR webhooks:
customers/data_request. we compile the order data we hold for the customer and send it to the merchant within 30 days.customers/redact. we anonymize the customer-identifying fields (email, raw payload) on matching order rows. The order row itself stays so the merchant has the audit trail.shop/redact. 48 hours after the merchant uninstalls, we hard-delete the installation row and cascade-delete every order and billing record tied to that shop.Email hi@newfanspro.com with the subject “Shopify data request” for any question that isn't answered above.
